She appeared to be a well rounded mystic.
Astrologist and healer Dzhuna, who reportedly treated top Russian politicians and celebrities, has passed away in Moscow. Soviet leader Brezhnev and director Fellini were among her patients, Russian media claim.
If the Russian media says so, she was very famous.
The self-proclaimed psychic healer, whose real name was Yevgenia Davitashvili, died in Moscow on Monday morning, after slipping into a coma caused by circulation problems.
According to several Russian news outlets, Dzhuna had treated top Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev, who died in 1992, as well as the famous directors Andrei Tarkovsky and Federico Fellini. Hollywood star Robert de Niro is also reported to be among her clients, according to Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper.
It seems doubtful that we’ll ever find out if she was “helping” all those people or if it was gossip but this piece makes a great deal of her mystical history and reputation. She called herself the “Assyrian Princess” and was said to have predicted many big events. There is no solid evidence of this, which is like all celebrity psychic “predictions”. Her healing power was described as a “bioenergy field” that can cure all diseases.
Her death was sudden.
