From “Creationist Beliefs Linked To Personality Type In New Survey Of Churchgoers”:

To do so, he included personality measurements in his survey, focusing on personality traits first proposed by psychologist Carl Jung in 1921 and made famous by the Myers-Briggs personality test.

Unfortunately, Myers-Briggs is basically pseudoscience. They’ve failed to even prove that their indicators are good descriptors of human personalities, let alone that reliable tests exist to map people to them.
As far as I’m concerned, Myers-Briggs indicators are scienced-up horoscopes.

My thoughts exactly. When we were going over psychometrics (Psychology degree) they cautioned us about most personality inventory topography.

I score directly down the middle of the MB inventory, and am an weak atheist. So grain of salt. If you’ve got five hours to kill so the MMPI. That suckers a really detailed horoscop… errr, I mean inventory.

Is the proper word, here “irony”? ;-)
