Guerrilla Skepticism on Wikipedia keeps keepin’ on

You may have seen the mumbling grumbles from non-skeptics like Rupert Sheldrake, Deepak Chopra and The Daily Grail regarding Guerrilla Skepticism on Wikipedia, a fantastic project from Susan Gerbic and crew. I am amazed at how much progress gets made. Here is a recent update.

Guerrilla Skepticism on Wikipedia: Egg Balancing and more (lots more)

The allegations against Susan’s group have been ill-informed and, to me, resemble sour grapes as GSOW is following the rules of Wikipedia, and removing crap information. Paranormalists don’t like that because the anecdotes, the vague info, speculation and unsourced material is all that makes up the basis for much of their claims. The solution is to actually do good work, get it published and out there, then cite it on wikipedia.

You can hear Susan and Tim Farley in an interview this week on the Skeptics Guide to the Universe.

They will not be sidetracked by the manufactured drama.
