Princess Diana death plot rumors in new book

Not getting too excited about this. It seems less than plausible or convincing.

MI6 and SAS ‘united in Princess Diana death plot’ | UK | Daily Express.

Alan Power claims Diana, who died in a Paris car crash 16 years ago yesterday, was killed by MI6 with military help.

The Sunday Express has learnt that a former SAS soldier who claims to have served in an assassination team known as The Increment worked closely with him on his explosive new book, The Princess Diana Conspiracy. Mr Power says he will protect his sources but we have learnt that he has twice offered to hand over sensitive files to Yard officers. Last night he said from his home on the Isle of Man: “I am happy to help them in any way I can but they have not taken up my offer so far. I am tempted to consider they don’t want to know. That is my belief.”

But it’s possible they will take him up on that. Even though he has a new book, he claims he only wants justice for Diana. From this piece, it appears his information is friend of a friend stuff. He mentions that a strobe light was used to disorient drivers into crashing.

And, this piece includes other claims that Diana had made enemies and was killed off. Honestly, this is some crazy speculation when the facts of the case do seem to show that accidents happen. The Princess and Dodi Fayed’s fatal crash was likely due to the intoxicated chauffeur Henri Paul attempting to elude paparazzi.

Scotland Yard is studying the new information, it was announced on Aug 17.

I really would like Mr Power and the Express to actually read the Stevens report, but it’s probably simpler to just make things up.
