The answer to why aliens haven’t visited us yet! No Welcome Center. Fixed!

Man opens UFO Welcome Center.

A new exhibit showcasing spacecrafts and aliens is opening in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Just a short drive north, a man is ready and waiting to welcome a UFO to his property, and the center has apparently already welcomed visitors from other worlds.

Not everybody in the surrounding area are all that happy about it and some people call Pendarvis crazy. Pendarvis himself don’t think aliens will actually bother landing on Earth but he do believe they are flying around us.

He apparently even got a parking lot for the alien ships and he’s encouraging aliens to stop on by for a chat. Cause you just know that aliens watch local TV news from South Carolina!

Actually one has existed since 1967 in St. Paul, Alberta. See: http://www.amusingplanet.com/2010/10/worlds-first-ufo-landing-pad-and-first.html So far nothing but has much more local support . :)

The French had one for years too, since 1976. http://www.ufocasebook.com/2010/frenchlandingpad.html Of course they didn’t expect me to land in the north. As a legal alien they probably find me even stranger with my mangled accent.

I’m reminded of the UFO house in Signal Mountain, TN. http://www.roadsideamerica.com/tip/1211
I loved the varied reactions of the neighbors in the video for this story.

This may not pass the <> filter, but when I saw the structure, it struck me that this story sounds culturally just like the cargo cults that I’ve read about over the years. And, of course, there are the Raelians and the Heaven’s Gate cult and so on. I’d like to hear from someone who knows the sociology here.
