    I think people who use, and practice the alternative medicine stuff are really starting to adopt faith healing mentality.

    As the Alt. Woo is continually discredited in legitimate journals the need for “alternative journals” that excel at conformation bias will become greater for that community.

    I see this tactic used in the same way right leaning Christians in the southern U.S. founded their own universities because they lacked the humility, and courage to face the truth head on.

    In other words they will create a sub-culture that is specifically designed as an echo chamber, which innoculates them from any form of critique that could possibly challenge their fragile egoist/faith-based worldview.

    David Gorski has posted a request for a copy of that paper on both of his blogs because his university does not subscribe to it, just like most scientific institutions.
