Mary’s working at the car wash. Yeah…

Holy mother of god, this story is silly.

Car Wash Worker Sees Image of the Virgin Mary

A cloud of smoke caught Leiva’s attention as he was preparing for work.

When the smoke cleared, he saw the image of the Virgin Mary holding baby Jesus in one of the car wash windows, he said.

Leiva was able to snap a few photos on his phone before the image disappeared. He proceeded to send the photos to his family in Honduras, as well as local pastors and ministers.

The image appeared around 9:30 a.m., before any cars had been washed so no condensation had formed on the window prior to the incident.

It’s light being reflected in the window, viewed at an angle. Classic example of pareidolia

Mary? The Madonna?

Is going to send us her message at a car wash?

It’s all about pareidolia and expectation.

In the spirit of Halloween, it’s a ghost holding a pumpkin.

I’m just not seeing it. Doesn’t look anything like any of those mary statues I’ve ever seen. Was the guy high or something? Guess if I really really really really try to see a face in there, it does kinda look like an evil leering demon face. With fangs.

Looks like a Russian nesting doll or a weeble. I’m not sure which.

This is basically identical to the Clearwater Madonna. In both cases it seems that water misting onto the glass is involved in creating the pattern.

You mean it’s not really a sign from God?

      Heretic!
