Tiger reported by two witnesses in Puyallup, Washington

Animal control finds no signs of tiger near Puyallup | KING5.com Seattle.

Pierce County animal control and law enforcement officers spent more than two hours searching for a Bengal tiger that three people reported seeing just outside of Puyallup on River Road.

A spokesman for the sheriff’s office said a mother and son who live in the same house said they saw a tiger walk by their home. The driver of a car on River Road also reported seeing a tiger.

Here is the video from the newscast. Take a look.

So, I can’t quite tell if these are independent reports although they seem so. Sightseers are all over. Witness do not seem to report a “tiger” just a large cat which is odd because tigers are VERY large and distinctive. Two witnesses that apparently did not communicate saw SOMETHING. We will keep you up to date on this story. Details are lacking as of now.

Hopefully it was someone’s pet’s Halloween costume.

America being what it is….. Seemingly, you guys over there can own whatever ridiculous pet that is currently in fashion, regardless of species. (I’m so certain that’s what most of the ‘real’ bigfoot sightings were….chimps are only nice when they are under 2-5 years…after that they become aggressive and quite a handful….And which semi-rich git is gonna admit that their unlicensed primate/bengal tiger got away and is now a possible lethal threat to their local community? …nobody, that’s who…”oh no…it can’t have been MY pet that killed your livestock and ate those children….it….ahem….died…years ago…yeah”)
