Surprisingly squatchy Rhode Island

Meeting in Rhode Island 9/19/11 (BFRO)

The Animal Planet show Finding Bigfoot wants Bigfoot witnesses in Rhode Island to come forth with their stories at a open town hall meeting.

I have a problem with this quote:

After spending a few days and nights in RI, we’re guessing that there are many more witnesses in RI than we previously knew about. It’s a surprisingly squatchy place.

Why would I not trust people who are being asked to show up just to be part of a TV show? I want to know the BFRO’s basis for saying it’s an active place, or whatever “squatchy” means (it sounds unpleasant). I’d rather not watch another episode of this horrible show so someone tell me instead.

So there are 5-10 million species on earth, and Animal Planet doesn’t have enough material? They are doing shows about creatures that DON’T exist now? It’s bad enough that Discovery and TLC sold out to woo shows….

Do the research and you will find out more than just what the TV shows are telling you.

I freaking HATE when they use the word “SQUATCHY” on the Finding Bigfoot” show. I mean… Why doesn’t someone tell that pixie-lez “you sound like an idiot, as well as looking like one…”
